To make my graphics i have only ever used GIMP 2.6
My Good Friend Chloe ( chloe-99 ) Introduced it to me
And installed it for me the day after christmas! :D
Obviously its not as good as photoshop...or a tablet...
But it doesnt cost money like the others do and its completely safe so i recommend it!
